A Shelter. A Mission. A shelter with a mission.

The Jesus House is more than an emergency shelter providing refuge to the homeless who are mentally ill and addicted. The Jesus House soup kitchen serves approximately 100,000 hot and nutritious meals each year to the homeless of Oklahoma City. The Jesus House food basket outreach distributes hundreds of shopping carts loaded with essential grocery items to poverty stricken households each week. The Jesus House clothing and used furniture ministry provides hundreds of articles of clothing and household items to the people in need every week. And the Jesus House street ministry outreach delivers a hot, fresh breakfast each week to the unsheltered homeless where they are on the street with fellowship and encouragement to foresake the street for programs that work. At Jesus House, our mission is love. Love lives here.

Jesus House is an inner-city, non-denominational Christian outreach to the homeless, near homeless, addicted and mentally ill. We spread the love of Christ by providing food, shelter, clothing and assistance to those in need. We serve Oklahoma City’s needy with integrity and in a manner that exemplifies our commitment to the love of Jesus Christ and biblical principles of stewardship.
